About Our Founder

Melissa Li, also known as Lisa Li, is the heart and soul behind Making The Impact LLC. As an entrepreneur, devoted mother, and lifelong learner, Melissa’s journey has always been fueled by her passion for empowering others.

When she founded Making The Impact in 2018, her vision was clear: to provide affordable, high-quality digital solutions that elevate small businesses, non-profits, and ministries. By offering accessible, affordable services, she set out to help these organizations expand their reach, sharpen their messaging, and succeed in the digital landscape.

With over 20 years of experience in web development and graphic design, Melissa’s expertise is deeply rooted in both creativity and technology. In December 2023, she proudly earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude. This blend of education and experience allows her to lead Making The Impact with a unique perspective, combining cutting-edge solutions with a personal touch.

But Melissa’s impact goes beyond business. Her commitment to making a difference in the community led her to launch OKHomeless.com, a comprehensive resource directory aimed at helping Oklahoma’s homeless population. Additionally, her faith-driven project, Answers to Prayer, serves as a platform for Christians seeking spiritual growth. Through these initiatives, Melissa continues to be a source of hope and support for those facing life’s challenges, including those on the Autism spectrum, battling depression, or navigating difficult circumstances.
