Our website packages have no long-term commitments. If you choose to move your website after the first year, you are free to do so. You can cancel at any time, just send us an email and let us know.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Once work has begun, charges for time spent, services rendered, and any third-party products or licenses purchased for your project are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Projects under $1,000 are due in full before work begins. For larger projects, a 50% deposit is required to start, with the remaining balance due before launch. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If you prefer smaller payments, Stripe and PayPal both offer flexible “Pay Later” or installment options during checkout. Please let us know if you are interested in doing payments. 

Payment must be received in full before your website is launched or transferred. If a scheduled payment fails, you’ll receive a notification and have up to 7 days to resolve it.

For larger projects billed in installments, work may pause until payment is received. If a final or overdue payment remains unpaid after 14 days, access to your project files, hosting, or related services may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

All completed work remains the property of Making The Impact LLC until the project is paid in full.

Hosting and domain renewals are billed annually. Renewal payment must be received before the renewal date to keep your website and domain active.

If payment is not received by the due date:

• A 7-day grace period applies (during which service remains active).

• After that, your website may be suspended temporarily until payment is received.

• If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, the domain and hosting may be cancelled or released, and all associated data may be deleted.

Renewal costs are non-refundable once processing begins.

If you plan not to renew, please notify us in advance so we can assist with transferring your website or domain before expiration.

Hosting, domain, and email renewals must be paid before the renewal date to avoid service interruption. If payment is not received by the due date, a 7-day grace period applies, after which your website and email accounts may be suspended.

If your hosting account is cancelled for non-payment, it may be restored from backup (if available) for a one-time $100 recovery fee, plus any unpaid renewal costs. The original domain name is not guaranteed to remain available if renewal lapses, and any emails sent or received while your service is offline will likely be lost and unrecoverable.

To avoid downtime, please ensure your renewal invoice is paid promptly or contact us before the renewal date if you plan to cancel or transfer service.
