This proposal provides a summary and breakdown of the most common services that we believe may be a good fit for you.

Logo Modification

Based on the files you provided, you are using a stock graphic for a business logo icon. There are various free sources online, it may also be possible to generate AI images of an icon you can use for your business. AI images are typically free to use, and it can produce a something unique, but once generated it is available to anyone to use.

Stock and AI images are typically the cheapest option, but it does have some drawbacks – it is non-exclusive, the file formats it has available may be limited, the quality may be poor, the size may be too small, and you may need to purchase commercial rights to use it for business purposes depending on where you get it.

To use the logo across a variety of media, you need a vector version of the logo such as an SVG, EPS, or Illustrator file. If you don’t have one for the graphic you want to use, it is possible to try to trace the icon to create a vector format, but the process can take a lot of time depending on the complexity of the image, your designed results, and how much the software is able to automate the process.

Here are a few questions:

• Are you wanting the gas mask image to look identical to what you provided, or are some differences acceptable?
  • Tracing the image using the software produces something similar and is not exactly the same as what was provided. Some details may be lost, edges may be rounded, and there can be other differences that can be small to much bigger.
  • If you want something identical, you will need to original vector file (if it has one) for the graphic you want to use, or additional time and work will be required to trace it and convert it into a vector format is detailed and as close to the original as possible.
• What colors are you wanting the logo to have?
• Do you want your business name in your logo or are you wanting just a logo icon?

Here is an example of what the software can produce by putting the original logo and converting it into a vector format.

The conversion would involve using the software to automate as much of the conversion as possible, but to get the details and colors right, it would require drawing, cleaning up the image, and smoothing and fixing points in the image. In some cases, to get the details right, it may require tracing the image manually, which can be much more time consuming.

Proposed Solutions

Logo Evolution – $120

Refresh or modify your current logo, adapting it to new brand directions or requirements. This involves creating a new version of your existing logo, using the old design or sketches for the design that the new design can be based on.

This service includes:

• 3 revision rounds
• 3 versions of the logo: solid black, solid white, and color version
• A square version with the logo icon centered in the middle
• Vector versions as well as PNG files in different sizes with no background that can be used across a variety of media

Choose this option if…

• You have a design in mind with a sketch, and you just need it put together.
• Using stock graphics for the logo icon is acceptable.

Vector Conversion – $80

Transform your static logo into a scalable vector format, perfect for diverse applications without losing quality.

Choose this add-on if you…

• Don’t have access to the original vector file or there never was one for the graphic you want to use.
• Want the gas mask icon to nearly identical to the original as possible.

Format Flexibility – $20

This service simply exports an existing logo design that is already in a vector format into other formats for web, print, or other file formats (ie. embroidery, or other custom formats).

Choose this option if you…

• Have a vector version of your logo.
• You need the logo exported to a special format or size.

Additional Revision Rounds – $30/round

Ensure your logo aligns with your vision with additional revision rounds. If a logo design we have done requires additional revisions, you can request additional revision rounds.

Custom Logo Design

If you would like a new professional logo design created for your business, we offer custom logo design for both textmark logos (logos that are just text with very simple graphic elements and shapes like lines, circles, squares, etc.), iconic brand mark designs, and detailed graphical logo design that can feature an icon or mascot graphic with text.

Proposed Solutions

Simple Textmark Logo Design – $60

Create a lasting impression with a minimalist text logo. Tailored to your brand and may include a geometric shape for added flair.

Includes:

• 3 revision rounds
• 3 versions of the logo: solid black, solid white, and color version
• A square version with one or two of the letters from the logo centered in the middle
• Vector versions as well as PNG files in different sizes with no background that can be used across a variety of media

Iconic Brand Mark Design – $90

Pair your brand name with an iconic silhouette or shape, crafting a memorable visual identity. This service is typically an add-on to the textmark logo design service. With this service, we create a simple graphic you can use as an icon brand mark. If you need a more detailed icon, we may use vector graphics available for commercial use that we modify to suit the design.

Signature Logo Design – $350

This design service produces a logo that is more unique and original. It includes special effects, full-color designs, and/or a distinct graphic element.

Includes:

• Unlimited revision rounds
• 3 versions of the logo: solid black, solid white, and color version
• Variety of file formats (SVG, EPS, and PNG files)
• Illustrator design files

Business Card Design

We offer custom business card design and printing. We use a wholesale printer that can print standard business cards cheaply, and they also offer a variety of special business card options. The turnaround time and shipping costs vary.

Proposed Solutions

Essential Business Card Design – $60

We design a standard double-sided business card with simple graphics and layout. We then export the design to the formats required by the printer you choose.

Business Card Printing

Quick Ship Business Cards – $39

This is our lowest cost business card printing option.

Includes:

• 500 standard business cards
• UV gloss coating on the front and/or back
• Next business day turnaround
• Free 2-day shipping

Custom Printing – Cost varies

Our printing partner can print standard and specialty cards and have a wide variety of options. You can see the options on our website – HERE.

Payment Terms

For endeavors priced below $1,000, upfront payment is generally required. For those exceeding $1,000, an initial 50% deposit will set the project in motion. However, we do our best to accommodate all budgets. We can often split the total cost into several installments to alleviate any financial pressure or work out a custom payment plan for your project.

Our accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Goldbacks, Bitcoin, cash, checks, and money orders. By default, invoices are sent out using our traditional payment system that accepts credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay using another method, please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

The turnaround times are estimates and can vary based on the specific needs and complexity of the project. We also offer a priority service for an additional $200 fee for faster completion.

Please note: Revision times are not included in these estimated timeframes, and will depend on what changes you want made. Any delays in providing information we need, approving designs or content, or any changes to the services required can result in delays in completing the project.
